Pre-set task templates
At Canopy, we know how important it is to customize a workflow that makes sense for your team. Pre-set task templates are designed to anticipate your workflow and make it easy for you to customize them for your firm’s needs. Simply copy the template and customize it to match your own workflow. You can always go back and edit the template to better suit your needs.

Time tracking updates
Time tracking is simple with this update. Along with this change, you can enter new time entries with no start or end time—just list your time duration in the field provided. All of your saved time entries will be visible on the new My Timers dashboard.
For users of our tax resolution tools, Notices are now easier to find, navigate, and create under the global add icon and the tasks dashboard. With this launch, important client information is auto-populated on important letters templates. You can edit these within Canopy and add merge fields as you go.

In June, our team will be launching more exciting updates. Keep an eye out for:
- Client request templates for you to streamline your firm’s client requests workflow.
- Calendar events available from your client’s contact profile, making it easier to view any appointments you have scheduled.
