JOHN GARRETT
John Garrett is a former Big Four CPA and two-time Emmy-nominated comedy writer. The host of the What’s Your “And”? podcast, John has spent years on a question most firms never ask: who are your people outside the office, and what happens to your culture when nobody knows? He joins Summit to make the case that the answer shapes retention more than any perk you can budget for.
