We win by delighting our customers with the very best products and service. We excel at our craft and out-hustle our competitors, persevering through challenges with grit and positivity until we’ve won.
We own this place. Literally. We focus on outcomes, holding ourselves and each other accountable. We spot and solve problems even when they’re not in our job description. Canopy is our company after all.
We’re not just good at our jobs—we work hard to be good people. We act with empathy and integrity and constantly seek to improve. We ensure that every employee feels they truly belong at Canopy by seeing, hearing and respecting them.
We approach any and everything with curiosity, committed to figuring out what’s actually true rather than what we want to be true. We understand that candor is kindness and give the gift (yes, gift) of feedback directly and frequently.
You win, own, do good, and embrace curiosity and candor: check.
You’re a [insert any superlative word besides “rockstar” or “ninja” here] at your job: check.
You’re not a jerk and you want to work with great coworkers on a great product: click on over to our open positions and let’s check that final box.

Sure, work is important but we know it’s not the most important thing. We encourage employees to take the time off they need to recharge, enjoy life outside of the office and, y’know, not work.
Our success is your success. We offer stock options so full-time employees share ownership and achievement in our company.
Everyone loves free snacks and ping pong, but they’re nothing without a first-class benefits package. We offer competitive pay, free employee medical benefits, life and disability insurance, and dental and vision coverage. And, yes, snacks and ping pong aplenty.
When a little one enters your life, you should be there. We welcome each new addition to your family with paid new-parent leave—and maybe a gift or two. (How you catch up on sleep is your problem, though.)
We’re more interested in how you work than where. So we’ve employed a hybrid in-office/remote model for employees. And we give fully remote employees a generous WFH stipend.
OK, nobody says “profesh dev.” But we support employees’ continued education and professional development via lunch & learns and team budgets for ongoing learning and development.

Alison has held finance and strategy roles for small start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. She is passionate about data-driven decision making and finding the best way to clearly communicate complex information.

SVP of People
Nicole has created exceptional employee experiences for all kinds of businesses—from startups to Fortune 500, gaming to aerospace. And now she’s doing it for practice management software (which, obviously, she likes the best).
VP of Sales
Nate’s first sales job was selling homemade lollipops out of his backpack in the 5th grade. Since then, he's applied that drive to helping clients use software to improve inefficiencies and solve problems.
VP of Marketing
Heather connects Canopy to accountants with customer-centric, integrated marketing. She aims to build an authentic brand, to tell the Canopy story in accountants’ language, and—on the weekends—to grill the world’s second greatest steak.
VP of Strategy & Business Development
Bryson oversees and leads partnerships, business development, and corporate strategy. Basically, Bryson is the guy that helps Canopy find creative ways to grow. Usually that means partnerships, but sometimes it means sourdough bread to die for.
