What’s new:
Send an invoice for a related group of clients to one account, thereby streamlining and enhancing the billing process. It also lets you send a group statement to one account.
Why it matters:
You likely have clients that engage in your services for multiple entities– their family taxes, a business or multiple businesses, etc. Depending on their preferences, they may want all bills or invoices sent to and paid by one person. Group billing allows you to select a Client Group and then indicate which of the associated invoices you want to lump together to be sent and paid in one fell swoop.
Where to find it:
Group Billing is included in all Time & Billing licenses for new customers starting Sept 9, 2024, and any pre-existing customers once migrated over to the new Client & Contact CRM structure.
