Course Description

If you have clients with overseas assets, or special types of clients in the US, you will come across situations where an FBAR and/or Form 8938 needs to be filled out. 

This course will cover the specific requirements for each type, as well as addressing who needs to fill them out and how. The course will look through several case studies to examine common scenarios encountered.
