Course Description

This course is Part 3 of a comprehensive 3-part series intended to help you understand and become savvy with the IRS Offer in Compromise program. 

This course goes in depth with a case study that shows five different scenarios, giving a hands-on approach to filling out the forms and preparing an OIC for a client. We will discuss techniques you should be following to write better offers to streamline the process for the IRS and the client. Follow this changing case study from start to finish and you will see the numbers come alive before your eyes in the process, giving you a better idea of how the OIC process works rather than simply going over theories. 

This is meant to be an advanced course to follow the Intermediate Study course, giving you numbers to work with so you can see how they work in the forms to produce the overall outcomes outlined. You will gain confidence in learning the techniques of writing an OIC through this advanced case study.
