With Canopy's new Advanced Document Management, you no longer need Adobe Acrobat and can have all of the document management functionality you need, without ever leaving the Canopy platform.  While Canopy's client portal makes it easy to request documents from your clients, you never know what the documents are actually going to look like.  Whether they are sideways, upside down, incomplete, or not combined, you now have a way to manage documents within Canopy.

PDF annotations let you mark up a document internally, leaving notes for your team on what's been completed and what needs their attention.  Mark up a document internally within Canopy, and annotations are stored on a different layer so that you can send a clean version to clients without having to go back and manually remove all of the annotations.
