From Time Entry to Insights: 3 New Features That Streamline Your Billing Workflow

What's New?

Our latest Time & Billing updates—from smarter write-up/down allocation and automated time entry locking to enhanced WIP exports—give firms greater accuracy, visibility, and control across their billing workflows.

Why it Matters

  • Invoice Reminder with Attached PDF: Now, clients can easily see an invoice in PDF. That’s slick!
  • Write-up / Write-down by Percentage: More accurate write-ups and write-downs, coming right up. Now when you adjust multiple time entries, the amount will be allocated based on time worked, not just split evenly. After all, your team’s time isn’t always equal.
  • Automated Time Entry Locking: Set it and forget it. Time entries will now automatically lock after a set period—no edits, no surprises. It’s one less thing for admins to worry about and a big win for clean time data.
  • Enhanced WIP Report for CSV Exports: The Enhanced WIP Report brings consistency between the PDF and CSV exports, giving firms clearer, more actionable data at every stage of their billing workflow. Totals are now included in the CSV file, simplifying data analysis for firms that rely on spreadsheets. The new CSV format aligns export formats, preventing issues for firms using custom processes or integrated systems.
