Canopy now supports structured 3-tiered proposals within Engagements—letting firms easily present clients with Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages in a single, polished proposal. Each tier includes its own scope, pricing, and level of service. You can define the terms, attach task templates, and automate next steps once a client selects their tier.
Why It Matters
Three-tiered pricing outperforms single-price proposals across the board. It drives higher acceptance rates, increased average deal size, and stronger client alignment. Instead of a “yes/no” decision, clients choose from good/better/best options—anchoring value and protecting your margins. Internally, teams benefit from standardized scopes and workflows linked to each tier, reducing manual setup and scope creep.
Where to Find It
You’ll find tiered proposals directly in the Engagements builder. When creating a new proposal, toggle on Packages on the services tab, then define up to three service levels with different pricing, deliverables, and task templates.
